Working Principle of 3 Chutes Color Sorting Machine

As the machine processes these materials, it guides them through a controlled falling trajectory while scanning each particle using high-precision CCD sensors. The machine continuously analyzes the optical signals in real-time, comparing them against programmed quality parameters. When the sorter detects unqualified materials or impurities, it immediately triggers its high-speed pneumatic ejectors, delivering precisely timed bursts of air. Our device effectively diverts these unwanted elements into a separate rejection hopper while allowing acceptable products to continue through the sorting process undisturbed. It maintains consistent performance throughout extended operation periods, providing reliable quality control with maximum efficiency across diverse material sorting applications.
