Rice Color Sorter Working Principle

The rice sorting machine has built-in high-precision CCD cameras and optical sensors to scan the rice passing through. After collecting the color, size, and shape information, it will compare them with the preset standards. When unqualified colors or shapes are detected, the machine will use a pneumatic injection system to instantly blow them out, eliminating defective rice like yellow rice, red rice, white belly beetle rice, dead rice, moldy rice, black-spotted rice, and others.

About CCD Rice Color Sorter Machine
