The rice sorting machine has built-in high-precision CCD cameras and optical sensors to scan the rice passing through. After collecting the color, size, and shape information, it will compare them with the preset standards. When unqualified colors or shapes are detected, the machine will use a pneumatic injection system to instantly blow them out, eliminating defective rice like yellow rice, red rice, white belly beetle rice, dead rice, moldy rice, black-spotted rice, and others.

About CCD Rice Color Sorter Machine
Typically, there are two types of rice color sorters in the market: the photoelectric (tube) type and the CCD type. The first machine features an ordinary photoelectric sensor, which has been a popular option in the past few years. With a maximum resolution of 5400 pixels, the CCD rice color sorter has replaced the photoelectric sorter, gradually becoming the most used on the market.
The difference between them lies in the sensor. The CCD system adopts a high-definition CCD color sorting lens, improving the sorting accuracy from 2 square millimeters to the range of 0.04 to 0.08 square millimeters.
